a) Teachers use verbal or written comments to evaluate the tasks in terms of practice and study of students; they comment on progress, outstanding strengths, and main limitations of students during practice and study; assess the results of practice and study of students.
b) Students use verbal or written comments to self-evaluate their performance in practice and study tasks, progress, outstanding strengths, and main limitations of themselves.
c) Parents, agencies, organizations, individuals involved in the education process of students provide feedback on the practice and study performance of students.
d) Assessment by comments of the practice and study results of students is used in regular assessments, periodic assessments through various forms of testing, evaluating the performance of tasks related to practice and study of students suitable to the specific characteristics of the subject.
2. Assessment by Scores
a) Teachers use scores to evaluate the results of practice and study of students.
b) Assessment by scores is used in regular assessments, periodic assessments through various forms of testing, evaluating the performance of tasks related to practice and study of students suitable to the specific characteristics of the subject.
3. Assessment forms for subjects
a) Assessment by comments for the subjects: Physical Education, Arts, Music, Fine Arts, Local Education Content, Experiential Activities and Career Orientation; learning results for each subject are assessed by comments in one of two levels: Achieved, Not Achieved.
b) Assessment by comments combined with assessment by scores for subjects in the General Education Curriculum, except for subjects stipulated in point a of this clause; learning results for each subject are assessed by scores on a scale of 10, and if another scale is used, it must be converted to a scale of 10. The assessment score is an integer or decimal rounded to the first decimal place.
