1. Learners are issued with pedagogical professional training certificates when:

a) They complete the pedagogical training program according to this Regulation;

b) They are not under criminal investigation.

2. The head of the training institution issues the pedagogical professional training certificates to learners who meet the conditions specified in Clause 1 of this Article.

3. The template for the pedagogical professional training certificate is approved by the Minister of Education and Training.

Thus, learners are issued with a pedagogical professional training certificate when:

- They complete the pedagogical training program according to the Regulation;

- They are not under criminal investigation.
