I. BASIS FOR PLANNING

Based on Decree 80/2017/ND-CP of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam regulating a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment, preventing school violence;

Based on the school year plan .... of upper secondary school ....................

The homeroom teacher of class 12A... constructs a plan implementing a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment, deploying the code of conduct, preventing school violence at school for the school year ... as follows:

II. Purpose, Requirements:

1. Purpose.

- Strengthen safety assurance work in the classroom, school health, create a positive change in coping skills with emergencies contributing to ensuring the safety of students' lives and health;

- Build a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment; a classroom free from violence and practicing good cultural conduct.

- Build and deploy a code of conduct and school safety in the classroom to positively impact students' perception, behavior, and attitude towards building a safe, healthy, friendly classroom and preventing school violence.

- The classroom closely coordinates with family and school as well as relevant organizations to mobilize joint effort effectively implementing school safety assurance; preventing school violence.

2. Requirements:

- Enhance communication and education to raise students' understanding and responsibility consciousness ensuring school security, preventing drugs, and school violence.

- Promote the collective strength of the class actively participating in the movement to maintain school security order and preventing drugs, school violence. Ensure close coordination between school, local authorities, various sectors and families of students.

- Actively prevent, not letting students infringe on social evils, school violence or external crimes enter the school.

- Promptly detect students with violent behavior, at risk of causing school violence, students at risk of being subject to school violence; assess the risk level, forms of violence that may occur for specific prevention and support measures; provide consultation, advice for students at risk of violence and causing violence to prevent, eliminate the risk of violence.

- Ensure school security order and prevent discrimination, gender violations, school violence.

- Ensure infrastructure, fences, walls, gardens, green spaces meet safety, sanitation standards, suitable landscape and friendly environment; have suitable playgrounds and parking spaces.

Solid classroom furniture, smooth desk surfaces, non-sharp table corners, ensuring regulated distance;

Fairly complete classroom equipment (electricity, water, ceiling fans,...)

Securely fixed photo frames in the classroom.

There is a first aid kit (cotton, gauze...) and basic medicine (headache, fever reducer...)

Students in class are informed of the school's code of conduct and safety.

Based on Article 69 of the Education Law 2019, the specific duties of a teacher are as follows:

[1] Teach and educate according to educational goals and principles, fulfill the educational program fully and with quality.

[2] Exemplarily perform civic duties, school rules, and teachers' code of conduct.

[3] Maintain the qualities, reputation, honor of a teacher; respect, treat students fairly; protect the legitimate rights, interests of students.

[4] Study and train to improve ethical qualities, political level, professional capacity, innovate teaching methods, set good examples for students.
