According to Article 35 of the Charter of lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, and schools with multiple levels issued with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, lower secondary school students have the following rights:
(1) To have equality in enjoying comprehensive education, ensuring conditions in terms of time, facilities, hygiene, and safety to study in class and self-study at home, to be provided with information on their own learning and training, and to use equipment and facilities for learning, cultural, and sports activities of the school as prescribed.
(2) To be respected and protected, treated equally and democratically, to have the right to complain to the school and educational management levels about decisions concerning oneself; to have the right to transfer schools for legitimate reasons in accordance with current regulations; to study in advance, skip grades, study at a higher age than prescribed according to Article 33 of the Charter of lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, and schools with multiple levels issued with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT.
(3) To participate in activities aimed at developing talents in subjects, sports, and arts organized by the school if conditions allow.
(4) To receive scholarships or other allowances according to regulations for students with social policy benefits, those with life difficulties, and students with special abilities.
(5) To transfer schools if conditions are met as regulated; procedures for school transfer are implemented following the guidelines of the Minister of Education and Training.
(6) To enjoy other rights as prescribed by law.
Thus, according to the above regulations, students have the right to contribute ideas and participate in performing arts during Christmas 2024 if organized by the school.

a) Evaluate the conduct of students based on the requirements of essential qualities and general competencies according to the appropriate levels for subjects, educational levels as prescribed in the General Education Program and the specific competencies required in the subject program in the General Education Program.
b) Subject teachers base on the regulations at point a of this clause to comment, evaluate the conduct results, progress, outstanding strengths, and main limitations of students during the process of learning and practicing the subject.
c) Homeroom teachers base on the regulations at point a of this clause, track the process of learning and practicing of students; refer to comments, evaluations from subject teachers, feedback from parents, agencies, organizations, individuals involved in the education process of students; guide students in self-assessment; on that basis, comment, evaluate the conduct results of students according to the levels specified in Clause 2, Article 8 of this Circular.
