According to Article 37 of the Primary School Charter issued with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, students' behavior and attire in primary schools must comply with the regulations of the sector and the law:
- Maintain a serious and honest attitude in studying, testing, evaluating, and participating in activities.
- Do not cause disorder affecting the activities of the class, school, and public places.
- Do not create a danger to oneself and others when participating in recreational activities.

According to Article 45 of the Primary School Charter issued with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT, the relationships between the school, family, and society are regulated as follows:
- The relationships between the school, family, and society ensure consensus in the implementation of educational activities; diversify and maximize resources to build educational institutions in an open direction, ensuring the best educational environment for each student.
Coordination in education between the school, family, and society ensures democracy, equality, cooperation, transparency, and accountability.
- The school actively communicates and informs students' families about the orientation, direction, plans, and annual educational activities of the school; exchanges information on students' training and learning and agrees on educational measures; encourages families to bring drop-out students back to class; facilitates parents or guardians to visit classrooms to understand and support students' training and learning; mobilizes and facilitates students' families to participate in building the school according to the law and effectively use the contributed resources.
- The school participates in disseminating the educational policies of the CPV, State, and sector to the local community; regularly updates community and social statuses; builds the school into a cultural and educational center of the locality; organizes teachers and students to participate in experiential activities to explore local history, culture, and other social activities; advises and proposes local authorities to ensure school development in terms of scale, facilities, and effective educational activities; receives social contributions according to the appropriate regulations.
