When must candidates pay the registration fees of aspirations used for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in 2024?

According to sub-item 7, Section I of Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH of 2024, from July 31 to 5:00 PM on August 6, 2024, candidates must pay the registration fees of aspirations used for admission to full-time undergraduate programs based on the number of registered aspirations via online methods as instructed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Additionally, from July 18 to 5:00 PM on July 30, 2024, candidates register, adjust, and supplement admission aspirations without limit on the number of times:

- Candidates use the provided account to process information (enter, view, edit) on the system;

- Registering for admission aspirations in fields/programs must be done online on the System or the National Public Service Portal (Guidance content is posted on the System or the National Public Service Portal);

- All aspirations registered by the candidate for the educational institutions are arranged in priority order from 1 to the last (aspiration 1 is the highest), and the candidate must provide data (according to criteria, conditions, and registration process set by the enrollment scheme of the institutions) corresponding to the field/program the candidate has registered for the educational institutions to use for admission (detailed registration steps are posted on the System when candidates access for registration);

- All admission aspirations of candidates for educational institutions are processed on the System and each candidate is only accepted for the highest aspiration among the registered aspirations if meeting the eligibility conditions;

- Candidates who have completed the pre-registration for educational institutions according to the early admission plan of the institutions, if meeting the eligibility conditions (except for high school graduation), must continue to register for admission aspirations on the System for consideration in accordance with regulations.

For Departments of Education and Training

1. Guide candidates to comply with the provisions of the Admission Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the contents specified in Section I above;

- Guide candidates to register for aspirations used for admission educational institutions: by field/program and arranged in priority order from 1 to last (aspiration 1 is the highest), and the candidate must provide data (according to criteria, conditions, registration process set by the enrollment scheme of the educational institutions) corresponding to the field/program the candidate has registered for the institutions to use for selection (detailed registration steps are posted on the System when candidates access for registration);

- Complete the organization of local admission training on June 30, 2024.

3. Instruct high schools to open computer rooms with internet connections for candidates to perform aspiration registration. Organize guidance, support, and aspiration registration for candidates who do not have the conditions for online registration (note absolutely do not keep candidates' accounts and passwords and do not register on behalf of candidates).

4. Guide and assist candidates in paying online registration fees per point 7 of section I in this official dispatch.

5. Establish a support team for enrollment according to the general plan; funding, coordinated between the local Departments of Education and Training and educational institutions, drawn from admission fees.

6. Guide and support candidates to review test/exam results and adjust admission aspirations (if any).

7. From the date candidates register for the high school exam until August 31, 2024, assign experienced staff in enrollment to maintain support and guidance for candidates.

Educational institutions must guide and assist candidates in paying the registration fees of aspirations used for admission to full-time undergraduate programs in 2024, and assign experienced enrollment staff to provide ongoing support, guidance, and consultation for candidates until August 31, 2024.
