How is the Lesson Plan for secondary shool teachers developed?
The lesson plan framework for teachers is developed according to the regulations in Section 2 of Official Dispatch 5512/ BGDĐT-GDTrH in 2020 guiding the construction of the school's educational plan as follows:
Teachers' educational plan and Lesson Plan (teaching outline)
Based on the plan for teaching subjects of the professional group, teachers assigned to teach subjects in the classes develop the Teacher's Educational Plan for the school year (according to the Teachers' Educational Plan Framework in Appendix 3 Download); based on that, they build lesson plans (according to the Lesson Plan Framework in Appendix 4 Download) to organize teaching.
Students are not required to equip themselves with mobile phones for learning purposes.
Allowing students to use mobile phones in class to support learning activities is decided by the teacher directly teaching the subject; teachers specifically guide this in the activities designed in the Lesson Plan so that it does not require all students to have a phone to use, ensuring appropriateness with the content of the lesson.
Teachers specifically inform students that they are only allowed to use their phones as a tool to support learning activities and what students are not allowed to do when using the phones in class, during the lesson.
Regular checks and assessments are conducted in the process of organizing learning activities designed in the Lesson Plan through various forms: Q&A, writing, practice, experiment, presentation, and learning products.
For each form, when evaluated by score, students must be notified in advance about the assessment criteria and be guided in self-study; focus on evaluation through comments on the process and results of students' performance according to the requirements of the questions, exercises, practical tasks, experiments, presentations, and learning products as specified in the Lesson Plan.
How is the periodic evaluation test plan for the Lesson Plan of secondary school school teachers developed?

+ High application: Questions requiring students to apply synthesized knowledge and skills to solve problems in new situations, real-world issues appropriate to the required level of the curriculum.
- For practical tasks, study projects:
Subject departments develop practical tests, study projects to assess and evaluate subjects periodically for each grade level; practical tests, study projects must clearly outline specific criteria for evaluation in line with the requirements of the curriculum.
- Summary of comments, end-of-semester and end-of-year evaluations:
Encourage teachers to guide students to write self-assessments on their strengths, weaknesses, progress in learning, and training for each subject at the end of each semester; based on regular and periodic evaluations, teachers summarize comments, evaluations to help students improve, make corrections, and send them to students' parents.
For subjects assessed by comments: Summarize comments at the end of each semester and the end of the school year are communicated to each student and recorded in the student's report card.
