Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 5 of the Regulations on the National-level Competition for Selection of Lecturers with Excellent Pedagogical Skills attached to Decision 2777/QD-BGDDT in 2022, the examination contents of the National-level Competition for Selection of Lecturers with Excellent Pedagogical Skills in Vietnam include topics related to professional skills and expertise as defined in legislative documents, organizational and operational regulations of educational institutions:

- Education Law; Higher Education Law; Vocational Education Law 2014;

- Regulations on: working regime for lecturers; teacher ethics; standards, professional titles of lecturers;

- Student regulations;

- General understanding of: National Qualification Framework, training program standards for groups of disciplines, innovation in higher education, assurance of higher education quality, university pedagogy and student age psychology, modern teaching and assessment methods in higher education institutions and pedagogical colleges.
