Educational activities are organized both inside and outside the classroom to form qualities, develop capacities; educate morals and lifestyles; foster talents; and assist students in completing learning tasks suited to their psychological characteristics. The form of student educational activities is flexibly organized according to the goals, nature of the activity, in which students are organized to work independently, in groups, or together as a class with the guidance and support of teachers, ensuring that each student is given the opportunity to carry out their learning tasks and experience in reality.

Educational activities are organized inside and outside the classroom through several key forms: learning theory, doing exercises, practicing, experimenting, playing games, role-playing, project-based learning, clubs, participating in field trips, camping, reading books, social activities, and community service activities.

- Primary schools implement the education curricula issued by the Minister of Education and Training, the annual time plan, and education duration according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training and in line with the specific conditions of each locality.
- Based on the education curricula issued by the Minister of Education and Training and the unit's long-term plan approved by the competent authority, primary schools build and implement the school's education plan.
