What are the contents of the collective self-review report for the school's CPV Cell in Vietnam?

Under Clause 1, Article 6 of Regulation 124-QD/TW of 2023, the contents of the collective self-review report for the school's CPV Cell in Vietnam include:

- Compliance with organizational and operational principles, especially the principle of democratic centralism; implementation of working regulations.

- Results of achieving the goals, targets, and tasks outlined in the congress resolutions, plans, and annual work programs approved and assigned by the competent authority.

- The work of building and consolidating the Communist Party of Vietnam and the political system; the capability and responsibility of the collective leadership and management; the responsibility to set examples and accountability.

- Efforts in combating corruption, negativity, and wastefulness, and preventing and repelling the manifestations of political ideology degradation, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution," and "self-transformation" within the internal structure, in connection with studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh.

- Party discipline inspection, supervision, complaints, denunciation resolution, and feedback from organizations and individuals.

- Responsibility of the collective leadership and management in carrying out main tasks - suggested review points; addressing the limitations and shortcomings concluded by competent authorities and identified in previous reviews (if any).

What are the quality assessment criteria for the school collective in Vietnam?

Under Clause 1, Article 10 of Regulation 124-QD/TW of 2023, the quality assessment criteria for the school collective in Vietnam are outlined as follows:

(1) Criteria for collective building include:

- The effort in building and consolidating the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the political system; strengthening and developing the party organization, and improving the quality of communist party members and officials.

- Leadership capability of the party executive committee; leadership over government, Fatherland Front, and political-social organizations; working relationships.

- Inspection, oversight, discipline, anti-corruption, wastefulness, negativity, and expressions of political ideology degradation, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution," "self-transformation."

- Implementation of organizational and operational principles, especially the principle of democratic centralism, self-criticism, and criticism; compliance with rules, regulations, and policies.

- Coordination between the party executive committee and collective leadership; building solidarity and unity within.

- Responsibility of the collective leadership and management in leading, directing, inspecting, and supervising task performance; personnel work, organizational structure building, streamlining staff, administrative reform, and ensuring a clean and strong agency, unit.

(2) Criteria for the results of assigned tasks for the year include:

- The concretization, building, and implementation of annual work programs and plans.

- Results of achieving goals, targets, and tasks outlined in congress resolutions or work programs and plans assigned by competent authorities regarding economic-social development, security, defense, foreign affairs, and building the Communist Party of Vietnam, and the political system (quantified by specific products).

- Assessment and classification results of related collectives and individuals; assessment and ranking indices of localities, organizations, agencies, and units (if any).

(3) Results in overcoming identified limitations, weaknesses, and shortcomings.
