Kính thưa quý vị đại biểu, quý thầy cô, các bậc phụ huynh và các em học sinh thân mến, Hôm nay, trong không khí rộn ràng và đầy phấn khởi của ngày Tết Trung Thu, tôi rất vinh dự được đứng đây để gửi lời chúc mừng đến tất cả mọi người. Tết Trung Thu không chỉ là dịp để chúng ta cùng nhau vui chơi, thưởng thức những chiếc bánh trung thu thơm ngon và những chiếc đèn lồng lung linh sắc màu, mà còn là dịp để chúng ta nhớ về những giá trị truyền thống, về tình yêu thương và sự đoàn kết. According to Plan 209/KH-UBND 2024, the plan for organizing Mid-Autumn Festival for children in Hanoi in 2024 is as follows:
(1) Organizing Mid-Autumn Festival for children in the city
- Name of the event: Full Moon Festival Night 2024.
The People's Committee of the city plans to organize the Full Moon Festival Night at 8:00 PM, September 17, 2024 (i.e., August 15, 2024, in the lunar calendar - Tuesday) in Ba Dinh district.
- District and commune levels: Develop and implement the plan to organize Mid-Autumn Festival for children from September 12 to September 17, 2024 (i.e., from August 10 to August 15 in the lunar calendar) suitable to the actual situation of the locality, ensuring that all children enjoy Mid-Autumn Festival, especially children with special circumstances, children at risk of falling into special circumstances, children in difficult areas, ethnic, and mountainous areas.
(2) Activities of visiting and giving gifts to children and public social assistance facilities caring for children
- Actively review and grasp the data on children in general, children in special circumstances according to the Law on Children, and children at risk of falling into special circumstances to have care activities for children on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival.
- Organize gift-giving activities for children in special circumstances and public social assistance facilities caring for children on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival.
- Besides, increase the mobilization of other support resources to organize activities of visiting, giving gifts, rehabilitation tools, bicycles, books, school supplies, scholarships, savings books, sponsorship... for children with difficult circumstances who achieve good results in studies and training, children in special circumstances, children at risk of falling into special circumstances, children in ethnic, mountainous areas, children in difficult areas; social assistance facilities caring for children in the locality on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival.
(3) Organizing communication, education, and social mobilization activities
- Strengthen communication, education, and social mobilization activities, propagating the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party, the laws and policies of the State, decisions, programs, plans of the Central and the City on child protection and care work to raise awareness, commitment, and actions of agencies, organizations, individuals, and the whole community on child protection and care work in general, children in special circumstances, and children at risk of falling into special circumstances in particular towards building a safe, friendly, healthy living environment so that all children can develop comprehensively and enjoy their full rights.
