It can be seen that the theoretical awareness, ideology, and viewpoints of the Communist Party on building the people's security stance are increasingly being supplemented and developed, with the following core contents: 1. The people's security stance of the people, by the people, and for the people is built and strengthened comprehensively, based on the strong political system and the stable, sustainable development of all aspects of social life. 2. Building the people's security stance and national security foundation is a vital and regular task for the entire Communist Party, the entire military, and all people, under the absolute and direct leadership of the Communist Party and the centralized, unified management of the State. 3. Mobilize material strength (economic potential), spiritual strength (cultural and social potential), the power of national unity, closely combining national strength with the strength of the era, domestic and international strengths, traditional elements with modern elements, internal resources with external resources to build and consolidate the people's security stance. 4. The core force advising Communist Party committees and governments on building and consolidating the people's security stance is the police, responsible for advising the Party and the State in issuing policies, guidelines, laws, and regulations on building the national security foundation and the people's security stance; cooperating with councils, ministries, central authorities, and local governments to launch the 'All People Protecting National Security' campaign; developing, implementing plans, deploying forces ensuring security across various regions, areas, and sectors to proactively prevent and combat activities infringing on national security and order. 5. Combine the people's security stance with the all-people defense posture and the people's will in the overall strategy to protect the country. The people's will is the solid foundation to build all-people defense and national security. Institutionalizing the Communist Party's viewpoint on the people's security stance, the 2004 National Security Law, Article 3, Clause 10 stipulates: "The people's security stance is the organization and deployment of forces to protect national security and necessary resources to proactively protect national security"; the task of building the national security foundation and the people's security stance is stipulated in Article 16: ...Teachers elaborate further on Article 16 relevant to practical implementation... II. Personal Responsibility for the Future As a party member and teacher, I realize I need to do the following to contribute to building and protecting the nation: - Strive to study and train to become a good citizen and a good party member to contribute to the country. - Raise revolutionary vigilance regularly.
