- Love, treat fairly and respect students; protect the legitimate rights and interests of students; unite and assist colleagues.
- Strictly adhere to the regulations regarding the responsibilities and obligations of public employees and the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training on teacher ethics.

In cases where they have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant specialty, they must have a certificate of pedagogical training for lower secondary school teachers according to the program issued by the Minister of Education and Training;
b) Teachers assigned to teach Natural Sciences must have a bachelor's degree or higher in pedagogy training for Natural Sciences or Physics or Chemistry or Biology or a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant specialty to Natural Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Biology. In cases where they have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant specialty, they must have a certificate of pedagogical training for lower secondary school teachers according to the program issued by the Minister of Education and Training;
