Below are guidelines for presentation on the significance of planting and protecting green trees in Vietnam:

Presentation on the Significance of Planting and Protecting Green Trees

1. The Role of Green Trees for the Environment

- Photosynthesis, Oxygen Supply: Green trees perform photosynthesis, absorbing CO₂ and releasing O₂, maintaining life on Earth.

- Reducing Air Pollution: Green trees absorb toxic gases such as CO₂, SO₂, NO₂, helping to purify the air and limit the impact of dust and industrial emissions.

- Climate Regulation: Green trees help reduce the greenhouse effect, maintain air humidity, and lower environmental temperature, especially in urban areas.

- Prevent Erosion, Soil Protection: The root system of trees helps hold soil, limit erosion and runoff, and prevent natural disasters such as floods and landslides.

- Biodiversity Conservation: Forests are home to many animal species and microorganisms, maintaining a balanced and sustainable ecosystem.

2. The Role of Green Trees for Human Health

- Reduce Stress, Improve Psychology: Green spaces help people feel relaxed, reduce stress, and enhance mental health.

- Support for Disease Treatment: Some types of trees have medicinal effects, providing materials for medicine and pharmaceuticals.

- Reduce Respiratory Diseases: Clean air thanks to green trees helps reduce diseases like pneumonia, asthma, and allergies caused by air pollution.

3. The Role of Green Trees in Economy and Society

- Resource Supply: Green trees provide timber, food, medicinal herbs, raw materials for paper production, cosmetics, making a significant contribution to the economy.

- Promote Ecotourism: Forests, green parks attract tourists, promote tourism, and create jobs.

- Provide Shade, Improve Urban Aesthetics: Green trees beautify landscapes, reduce concretization, and contribute to building a fresh living environment.

4. Measures for Planting and Protecting Green Trees

- Plant more trees in schools, parks, streets, industrial zones...

- Protect natural forests, prevent indiscriminate logging.

- Promote awareness of protecting green trees, combating environmental pollution.

Apply green technology in agriculture and industry to reduce negative impacts on nature.

Planting and protecting green trees is the responsibility of every individual and the entire society. Green trees not only bring benefits to the environment but also help improve human health, contribute to economic development, and enhance the quality of life. Therefore, each person needs to be aware of protecting green trees, afforest, limit deforestation, and join hands to build a green - clean - beautiful environment.

Specific expressions include:

- Recognize and name objects, phenomena, concepts, laws, and processes of nature.

- Present objects, phenomena, the roles of objects, phenomena, and natural processes using expressions such as spoken language, writing, formulas, diagrams, and charts.

- Compare, classify, and select natural objects, phenomena, and processes according to different criteria.

- Analyze the characteristics of a natural object, phenomenon, and process logically.

- Identify keywords, use scientific terminology, connect information logically and meaningfully, and outline when reading and presenting scientific texts.
