Our Party continues to adhere to the viewpoint “apply and creatively develop Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought; strictly implement the principles of the Party's organization and activities, especially the principle of democratic centralism. - Continue to promote industrialization and modernization of the country until 2030, with a vision to 2045. - Industrialization and modernization are consistent and coherent policies of our Party and State in the process of building and protecting the Fatherland. - Orient the National Master Planning for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision to 2050. >> This is the first time our Party has oriented the National Master Planning, clearly defining the principles and specific planning orientations of the country for the coming period. The Party emphasized key points. Regulations on the frequent training plan for teachers in Vietnam
According to Article 8 of the Regular Training Regulations for Teachers, Educational Administrators of Preschool Education Institutions, General Education Institutions, and Teachers of Continuing Education Centers issued together with Circular 19/2019/TT-BGDDT:
- Annual regular training plans are to be developed by the academic year, including the Annual regular training plans of teachers, administrators, preschool education institutions, general education institutions, continuing education centers, education and training departments, and provincial education and training departments.
- Annual regular training plans must clearly state the objectives, content, types of Annual regular training organizations, and outcomes to meet the continuous professional development requirements for teachers and administrators.
- Building the Annual regular training plan by academic year:
+ Annual regular training plan of teachers and administrators: Based on the need for training modules, forms of training, and guidance of the educational institution where they are working; teachers and administrators build their personal Annual regular training plans to submit to the competent authority for approval before May 31 every year;
+ Annual regular training plan of preschool education institutions, general education institutions, and continuing education centers: Based on the guidance of the provincial education and training departments, education and training departments according to management decentralization, and Annual regular training plans of teachers and administrators; preschool education institutions, general education institutions, and continuing education centers build their Annual regular training plans and report to the superior education management agency every June;
+ Annual regular training plan of education and training departments: Based on the guidance of the provincial education and training departments and the Annual regular training plans of preschool education institutions, primary schools, and secondary schools under their management; education and training departments build their Annual regular training plans and report to the provincial education and training departments every June;
+ Annual regular training plan of provincial education and training departments: Based on the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Annual regular training plans of education and training departments, high schools, general education institutions under their management, and continuing education centers; provincial education and training departments build their Annual regular training plans to implement from July every year.
Recognition of teachers completing the regular training plan in Vietnam
According to Article 12 of the Regular Training Regulations for Teachers, Educational Administrators of Preschool Education Institutions, General Education Institutions, and Teachers of Continuing Education Centers issued together with Circular 19/2019/TT-BGDDT, (amended by Clause 7 of Article 1 Circular 17/2022/TT-BGDDT):
Teachers and administrators who complete the training courses in the academic year as prescribed in point a clause 3 Article 11 shall be recognized by the Department of Education and Training as completing the regular training plan.
