However, it is necessary to ensure a reasonable ratio among the following components:
- Between providing knowledge and rehearsing skills (the focus is on practicing and applying skills).
- Between the types of texts to be read, written, spoken, and listened to (allocating more time for reading literary texts).
- Between reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills (allocating more time for reading skill practice); the time allocated for skills in each grade as follows:
