- Organizing specialized talks on culture and society; exploring areas of history, and traditional cultural heritage.
- Organizing cultural, arts, and aesthetic clubs such as literature, music, painting, theater, cinema, and other art forms; sports activities and recreational games.
- Promoting and encouraging through forms like bulletin boards, posters, slogans, publications; broadcasting, websites, propaganda paintings, and other suitable forms.
- Organizing exchanges between domestic and international students; organizing other social activities.
- Conducting regular cultural, artistic performances, exhibitions, movie screenings for students; integrating cultural and artistic activities tied with events, festivals, holidays, and traditions of the educational institution and locality where students reside.
- Organizing gratitude, remembrance, humanitarian, and voluntary activities for the community, environmental protection, and other activities.
- Organizing other cultural activities suitable to the law, cultural traditions, and social ethical standards.
Thus, the use of regular film screenings for students is one of the basic forms of organizing cultural activities for university students.

Is it possible to use the funding by foreign individuals for cultural activities for students in Vietnam?
Funding for the implementation of cultural activities for students is derived from the following sources according to Article 12 Circular 26/2017/TT-BGDDT:
Funding
1. State Budget allocations.
2. Donations and support from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals as per legal regulations.
3. Other legitimate sources of funding of the educational institution (if any).
Hence, funding for cultural activities for students comes from three sources:

What are the goals and principles of organizing cultural activities for university students in Vietnam?
Firstly, pursuant to Article 3 Circular 26/2017/TT-BGDDT, when organizing cultural activities for university students, three goals must be ensured as follows:
Goal [1]: Contributing to the education of ethics, lifestyles, cultural values, and moral standards; forming good habits and awareness to complete the personality of students;
Goal [2]: Creating opportunities for students to interact, learn, and absorb cultural values from different regions and the cultural quintessence of mankind; enhancing spiritual life, cultural and artistic appreciation, contributing to building a healthy cultural environment within educational institutions;
Goal [3]: Contributing to adjusting deviant and uncultured behavior of all members in the educational institution; preventing violent acts, social evils, behaviors contrary to Vietnamese customs and cultural traditions.
Additionally, in terms of organization requirements, the following two factors need to be ensured:
Factor 1: Cultural activities must be organized and conducted regularly; ensuring student participation aligns with their need to improve holistic education quality;
Factor 2: Cultural activities must be linked with significant national events, historical, traditional events of the school, locality, and other activities as prescribed by the Education sector.
Regarding the principles of organizing cultural activities for university students, the following principles must be ensured according to Article 4 Circular 26/2017/TT-BGDDT:
- In accordance with the Party's guidelines and State policies and laws.
- Ensuring aesthetic value, suitable to cultural values, and social moral standards; respecting cultural characteristics and customs of different ethnic groups and regions, Vietnamese cultural traditions.
- Aligning with cultural functions, suitable to the age and psychology of students; harmoniously implementing with other activities in educational institutions.
- Encouraging private investment in cultural activities; motivating organizations and individuals to participate in cultural activities for students.
- Incorporating cultural activities tied with events, festivals, holidays, and traditions of the educational institution and locality where students reside.
