Over the past year, with the spirit of self-awareness and responsibility as a party member, I have seriously internalized and implemented Resolution 4 (Session XII and XIII) on building and rectifying the Communist Party. This is an important resolution, serving as a guideline and a foundation for preventing the ideological, ethical, and lifestyle decline, as well as manifestations of "self-evolution," and "self-transformation." Below are the specific results of my implementation of the resolution's contents: 1. Regrading Political Ideology I consistently uphold the political ideology and principles of the Communist Party, maintaining faith in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and the Party's resolutions. In my work, I actively study documents and participate in political study sessions to enhance my understanding. Particularly, I proactively engage in propaganda work, countering incorrect, hostile viewpoints in cyberspace, contributing to protecting the ideological foundation of the Communist Party. The result is that I always maintain a firm political stance in all situations, without any wavering or deviation in thought. 2. Regrading Ethics and Lifestyle I continuously train and cultivate my personal ethics following Ho Chi Minh Thought and strictly implement Regulation 37-QD/TW of 2021 on things party members are prohibited from doing. I maintain a simple, honest, responsible lifestyle and do not violate ethical principles. I always practice frugality in living and working, steering clear of extravagant, wasteful tendencies. Due to this effort, I have earned the trust and confidence of colleagues and superiors. 3. Regrading sense of discipline Throughout the year, I consistently adhered to the principles and discipline of the Communist Party. I attend all Party meetings and complete assigned tasks on time and with high quality. In meetings, I seriously practice the spirit of criticism and self-criticism, providing frank but constructive feedback to strengthen internal unity. I recognize that adhering to discipline is not only a responsibility but also a factor that helps me refine myself within the organization. 4. Regrading Fighting Against Negative Manifestations I always uphold a sense of responsibility in combating negative manifestations, "self-evolution," "self-transformation." In my work, I proactively report and provide feedback to leaders on existing issues or phenomena that need correction within the agency. I do not exhibit self-serving behavior, corruption, or indifference to negative issues. These actions contribute to building a clean and strong Communist Party organization, aligning with the goals of Resolution 4. 5. Self-assessment and Commitment Through the process of implementing Resolution 4, I find that I have completed the assigned tasks well. However, I am also aware that, to contribute more effectively to the organization, I need to continue: Firstly, enhancing learning, and improving my political theories and work skills. Secondly, promoting exemplary roles, and continuously fighting against negative manifestations within the organization and society. I am committed to continuous training, striving for self-improvement, and contributing to building a stronger Communist Party that meets the expectations of leaders, comrades, and colleagues. |
