What is the minimum teaching equipment for 8th-grade History and Geography in Vietnam?
According to the general education program for History and Geography issued with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT, the minimum teaching equipment for 8th-grade History and Geography in Vietnam includes the following types:
- Educational wall maps (world, regions, Vietnam) suitable for the content of each class and matching the cognitive characteristics of students;
- General physical geography atlases, continental geography atlases, and Vietnamese geography atlases, historical map sets;
- Models, historical paintings, photos, audio recordings of historical figures, etc.;
- Natural specimens;
- Pictures (printed on paper, static and dynamic digital images), diagrams, charts, and educational video clips prepared for educational purposes, appropriate for each theme's content;
- Study sheets containing source materials; Exercise sheets (maps, diagrams, charts);
- Common observation tools and equipment for nature (compass, thermometer, hygrometer, barometer);
- Some practical and fieldwork tools;
- Digital libraries containing educational resources for teaching History and Geography;
- Education software.
