Activity 4. Establish information channels such as suggestion boxes, hotline numbers, and other appropriate forms; facilitate the reception of information on school safety or the denouncement of child abuse or harm.

Activity 5. Develop a system for recording, monitoring, supervising, and reporting on building a safe school environment, preventing accidents and injuries; promptly prevent and intervene with abusive or harmful behaviors against children.
