At the end of each semester, teachers at all levels shall provide feedback and assessments of a student's academic record regarding their abilities, qualities, achievements, and the efforts they have made.

Under Clause 2, Article 8 of Circular 22/2021/BDGDT, at the end of the first semester, class mentors shall cooperate with other teachers teaching in their classes in providing assessment as follows according to feedback and display during regular assessment for formation and development of primary traits and capacities of students:

- Excellent: Satisfy requirements for traits under formal education program excellently and display merits.

- Good: Satisfy requirements for traits under formal education program well and display merits but not enough to be placed in Excellent category.

- Qualified: Satisfy requirements for traits under formal education program.

- Unqualified: Fail to satisfy requirements for traits under formal education program.

Under Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 22/2021/BDGDT, students' learning results by subject are specifically assessed at the following levels:

+ Qualified: When the student attends all examination and assessment under this Circular and obtain assessment at Qualified category.

+ Unqualified: Remaining cases.

- They show positive learning attitudes, actively participate in building lessons, and frequently help peers. However, at times, they need to cultivate self-discipline and perseverance in some activities.

- Continue to leverage strengths and allocate more time to review subjects with limitations to enhance achievements.

- The student has stable learning results, frequently completing assignments, achieving good grades. However, paying more attention to reviewing certain subjects is necessary.

- Diligent with a constructive spirit, but should practice more confidence when presenting ideas to the group.

- Set specific goals and focus more on limited subjects to achieve higher accomplishments.

(3) Qualified

- The student has met requirements outlined in the program, striving in both study and assignments. However, the ability to apply knowledge practically and improve test-taking skills needs enhancement.

- They have a learning awareness but are not yet truly proactive and need more effort to fully develop their capabilities.

- Set clear objectives and become more proactive in study to achieve higher results in future semesters.

- Efforts in studying are evident, but results remain unstable, needing improvement across several subjects.

- Learning awareness exists but can lack self-discipline, often requiring reminders from teachers.

- Attempt to establish a concrete study plan to improve learning results.

(4) Unqualified

- The student has not met required standards, facing many limitations in grasping knowledge and study skills. Frequently fails to complete assignments on time or achieve required scores.

- They need to cultivate discipline, responsibility in studying and communal activities. Currently, self-awareness and study focus are low.

- Require more support from family and teachers. Should develop a specific study plan and persistently implement to improve results in the next semester.

- Encounter numerous challenges in grasping knowledge and skills, learning results at Unqualified.

- Learning awareness is not high, often requiring reminders to complete tasks.

- Increase study time at home and participate in group studies to improve learning results.

Qualified:

Unqualified:

- Results do not meet requirements, needing more review focus and attention on assessments to improve scores.

- Has not completed required tests and results are unsatisfactory. Needs to strengthen familiarity with mathematical formulas and consistently practice problem-solving.
Feedback on Literature

Qualified:

- The student has completed tests well, meeting the requirements. Shows clear progress in expression and text analysis skills. Maintain this effort next semester.

- Achieved good results in tests, reflecting strong literary appreciation. Continue nurturing creative thinking and writing skills.

Unqualified:
