Which 15 courts are subject to inspection according to the Plan of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam?
Based on Section II of the 2025 Inspection Plan issued with Decision No. 11/QD-TANDTC 2025 by the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam, 15 courts are identified as under inspection according to the plan as follows:
(1) Supervision Department I of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam;
(2) Supervision Department II of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam;
(3) High People's Court in Hanoi;
(4) High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City;
(5) People's Court of the city and 04 units of People's Court at the district level, Hanoi city;
(6) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Bac Ninh province;
(7) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Bac Giang province;
(8) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Quang Ninh province;
(9) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Phu Tho province;
(10) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Nghe An province;
(11) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Dak Lak province;
(12) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Lam Dong province;
(13) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Long An province;
(14) Provincial People's Court and 02 district-level People's Courts, Dong Nai province;

How many types of court fees are there in Vietnam according to Resolution 326?
Pursuant to Article 4 of Resolution 326/2016/UBTVQH14, the types of court fees are stipulated as follows:
(1) Fees for resolving civil, marriage and family, business, commercial, and labor demands within the court's jurisdiction as specified in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Article 27; Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 of Article 29; Clauses 1 and 6 of Article 31; Clauses 1 and 5 of Article 33 of the Civil Procedure Code 2015.
(2) Fees for recognition and enforcement in Vietnam or non-recognition of foreign court judgments, decisions, or foreign competent authorities' judgments, decisions not requested for enforcement in Vietnam or recognition and enforcement in Vietnam of foreign arbitration awards, including:
- Fees for recognition and enforcement in Vietnam or non-recognition of foreign court judgments, decisions, or foreign competent authorities' judgments, decisions not requested for enforcement in Vietnam, or recognition and enforcement in Vietnam of foreign arbitration awards as stipulated in Clause 5 of Article 27; Clause 9 of Article 29; Clauses 4 and 5 of Article 31; Clauses 3 and 4 of Article 33 of the Civil Procedure Code 2015;
- Fees for appealing a court decision on the recognition and enforcement in Vietnam of foreign court judgments, decisions; foreign arbitration awards.
(3) Fees for handling requests related to Vietnamese commercial arbitration in resolving disputes as prescribed by law on commercial arbitration.
(4) Fees for filing a petition to open bankruptcy proceedings.
(5) Fees for assessing the legality of a strike.
(6) Fees for arrest of sea-going vessels, aircraft.
(7) Fees for executing legal assistance from foreign courts in Vietnam.
(8) Fees for legal assistance abroad.
(9) Fees for issuing copies of documents, photocopying materials at the court, including:
- Fees for photocopying documents, evidence in case files performed by the court;
- Fees for issuing copies of court judgments, decisions;
- Fees for issuing copies of decisions to erase criminal records;
- Fees for issuing copies of other court documents.
Therefore, there are currently 9 types of court fees according to Resolution 326.
