What are the duties of CPV members in Thai Binh Province?
Pursuant to Article 2 of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the duties of Party members in general, and specifically those in Thai Binh province, are as follows:
- Absolutely loyal to the revolutionary purpose and ideals of the Communist Party, strictly adhere to the Political Platform, the Party Charter, resolutions, directives of the Communist Party, and the laws of the State; effectively complete assigned tasks; absolutely obey the Party's assignments and orders.
- Continuously study, train, and enhance knowledge, working capacity, political quality, revolutionary ethics, maintain a healthy lifestyle; fight against individualism, opportunism, localism, bureaucracy, corruption, waste, and other negative manifestations.
Comply with the regulations of the Central Committee on what Party members must not do.
- Closely connect with the people, respect and promote the people's right to mastery; take care of the people's material and spiritual life and protect their legitimate interests; actively participate in mass and social work at workplaces and residences;
Propagate and mobilize families and people to implement the Party's policies and the State's laws.
- Participate in building and protecting the Party’s lines, policies, and organization; obey the discipline, maintain unity and solidarity in the Party; regularly self-criticize and critique, be honest with the Party; work on Party membership development; attend Party activities and pay Party fees in accordance.
How much are the CPV membership fees for CPV members working in political organizations in Thai Binh province?
According to Subsection 1, Section 1, Part B of the Regulations on Party Fee Policies issued with Decision 342/QD-TW of 2010, the monthly party fee amount for members is determined as follows:
Monthly Party Member Contributions
The monthly income of Party members used to calculate party fees includes: salary, certain allowances; wages; living expenses; other income. Party members who can determine their regular income pay party fees as a (%) proportion of their monthly income (before personal income tax deductions); Party members who find it difficult to determine income have a specific monthly fee set for each type of member.
1- Party members in administrative agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, armed forces units: pay monthly party fees equal to 1% of salary, allowances; wages; living expenses.
2- Party members receiving social insurance wages: pay monthly party fees equal to 0.5% of their social insurance wage.
3- Party members working in enterprises, public service providers, economic organizations: pay monthly party fees equal to 1% of salary, wages, and other income from the unit’s wage fund.
4- Other Party members in the country (including agricultural, rural Party members, student Party members...): pay party fees from 2,000 VND to 30,000 VND/month. For non-working age Party members, the fee is 50% of that for working-age members.
