Prize Structure:
(1) Individual Prizes:
- Table A: 01 first prize, 03 second prizes, 06 third prizes, and 20 consolation prizes (each province, city selects only 01 contestant).
- Table B: 01 first prize, 03 second prizes, 06 third prizes, and 20 consolation prizes (each training institution selects only 01 contestant).
- Table C: 01 first prize, 03 second prizes, 06 third prizes, and 20 consolation prizes (each province, city selects only 01 contestant).
(2) Collective Prizes:
- Quantity: 10 prizes for 10 departments of education and training and 20 prizes for 20 training institutions.
- Criteria for collective prizes:
