How much is the CPV membership fee for CPV members working in administrative agencies of Thai Binh province?
Based on sub-item 3, Section 1, Part B of the Regulation on CPV membership fee policies issued with Decision 342/QD-TW in 2010 regarding the subjects and monthly CPV membership fee payment levels as follows:
Subjects and monthly CPV membership fee payment levels of party members
Monthly income for party members to calculate the CPV membership fee includes: salary, some allowances; wages; living expenses; other income. CPV members who can determine regular income will pay CPV membership fees at a percentage (%) based on their monthly income (not yet considering personal income tax deduction); those who have difficulty determining income will have a specific monthly fixed payment for each subject type.
1- CPV members in administrative agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, armed forces units: pay monthly CPV membership fees equivalent to 1% of salary, allowances; wages; living expenses.
2- CPV members receiving social insurance salaries: pay monthly CPV membership fees equivalent to 0.5% of the social insurance salary.
3- CPV members working in enterprises, public service providers, economic organizations: pay monthly CPV membership fees equivalent to 1% of salary, wages, and other income from the unit's salary fund.
4- Other CPV members in the country (including agricultural, rural party members, student party members...): pay CPV membership fees from 2,000 VND to 30,000 VND/month. For party members beyond working age, CPV membership fee payment is 50% compared to party members within working age.

Based on sub-item 1, Section 2, Part B of the Regulation on CPV membership fee policies issued with Decision 342/QD-TW in 2010, the deduction and remittance of collected CPV membership fees are implemented as follows:
(1) Within the country
- Branches directly subordinate to grassroots Party committees retain from 30% to 50%, remitting 50% to 70% to the upper-level party committee.
- Grassroots Party organizations in communes, wards, commune-level towns retain 90%, remitting 10% to the upper-level party committee.
- Other Party organizations retain 70%, remitting 30% to the upper-level party committee.
- Each upper-level division retains 50%, remitting 50% to the upper-level party committee.
(2) Abroad
- Branches directly subordinate to foreign Party committees retain 30%, remitting 70% to the upper-level party committee. Overseas Party committees retain 50%, remitting 50% to the Communist Party of Vietnam leadership abroad.
- CPV membership fees collected abroad are remitted 100% to the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
(3) Party committees under provincial and city committees
Party committees under provincial and city committees remit 50% to the financial agencies of provincial and city committees. The central-level committees, the Central Military Party Committee, and the Central Public Security Party Committee retain 50%, remitting 50% to the Central Office of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
