(1) Contest timeframe
- Online quiz: Conducted over 3 weeks; starting from February 10, 2025, and ending on February 28, 2025.
+ Week 1: From February 10, 2025, to the end of February 14, 2025.
+ Week 2: From February 17, 2025, to the end of February 21, 2025.
+ Week 3: From February 24, 2025, to the end of February 28, 2025.
- Summary and award ceremony for the Contest: before March 10, 2025.
(2) Award structure
- Weekly awards:
Consisting of 29 awards/01 weekly round; the value of weekly awards. To be specific:
+ 01 first prize: 3,000,000 VND/prize.
+ 03 second prizes: 2,000,000 VND/prize.
+ 05 third prizes: 1,500,000 VND/prize.
+ 20 consolation prizes: 1,000,000 VND/prize.
- Criteria for awarding
+ The Contest Organizing Committee bases its decisions on factors such as correct answers; the prediction of the number of participants (correct prediction, or closest to the actual number of participants); and the time taken to determine the weekly round prizes.

1- CPV members in administrative agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, armed forces units: pay monthly party fees equivalent to 1% of salary, allowances; wages; allowances.
2- CPV members receiving social insurance salary: pay monthly party fees equivalent to 0.5% of the social insurance salary.
3- CPV members working in enterprises, public service providers, and economic organizations: pay monthly party fees equivalent to 1% of salary, wages, and other income from the unit's salary fund.
