According to the announcement from the organizing committee, the rules for Round 2 of the Contest on historical understanding of 95 years of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the history of the provincial Communist Party of Quang Ninh are as follows:
(1) Participants
- Citizens aged 14 years and older, with full civil act capacity, residing, studying, or working in Quang Ninh Province.
- Members of the Organizing Committee, Secretariat, individuals from units designing software for the website, or directly operating the online Contest are not eligible to participate.
(2) Content
- History of 95 years of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025)
- History of the provincial Communist Party of Quang Ninh.
(3) Format
- The Contest will be multiple-choice in 3 periods (each period lasting 1 week) conducted online.
- Each period will have 9 questions and a prediction of the number of participants answering.
(4) Timeline
The Contest officially begins at 10:00 AM on January 6, 2025, and ends at 6:00 PM on January 26, 2025, consisting of 3 periods:
