Guide to Declaring Business Information on HTKK 5 2 5?

The General Department of Taxation guides declaring business information on the HTKK software as follows:

After logging into the HTKK application:

- From the "System" menu, select the "Business Information" function.

- Or automatically initiate after entering a new tax code during the application startup process

- Fields marked with an * are mandatory fields to be filled

- The field for the beginning of the fiscal year must be the start of a quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1). This value is used to determine the quarterly Corporate Income Tax provisional declaration and the annual Corporate Income Tax finalization form. Therefore, this value must be entered accurately and cannot be changed if tax returns have already been declared for corporate income tax. If changed, the business will have to delete and re-declare the previously declared corporate income tax returns.
