Below is the Guide on Writing Form 2A for the self-assessment of members of Communist Party of Vietnam:
(1) Detailed Information on the CPV member:
Full name; date, month, year of birth; position in the Communist Party and official function if any, along with the working unit and name of the cell unit.
(2) Advantages and Achievements Attained
- Regarding political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; discipline consciousness; working style and manner:

Over the past year, I neglected self-learning and enhancing professional competence, leading to difficulties in adopting and applying new technology at work.
Due to focusing too much on current work and lacking a specific self-learning plan, I did not dedicate enough time to knowledge updates. I also struggled with utilizing new materials and learning resources.
I have set up a weekly self-learning plan and enrolled in online courses related to my field. Additionally, I sought guidance from experienced colleagues to enhance my skills. I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
I am fully aware of my limitations and am committed to correcting them soon. I humbly seek assistance and feedback from my colleagues to improve my capabilities and fulfill my duties.
(6) Clarify Individual Responsibility for Collective Limitations and Shortcomings (if any)
In the past year, the collective was not well-coordinated and supportive among individuals, leading to some tasks not meeting progress or quality requirements.
As a team member, I have not proactively suggested information exchange meetings or assisted colleagues in difficulty. I have also lacked coordinated sharing of materials and knowledge related to shared tasks.
I am committed to becoming more proactive in proposing regular internal meetings for information exchange, promptly supporting colleagues in difficulty, and sharing crucial materials for collective reference.
I am fully aware of my responsibility in this shortcoming and pledge to strive to improve for better collaboration within the collective.

After the CPV member self-evaluates, based on the information stated in the end-of-year self-assessment form, various levels including the head of the agency, unit; the cell committee; and the Communist Party committee will evaluate that CPV member.
- Head of the agency or unit where the CPV member works: Review, evaluate, and provide quality classification level (for officials and public employees).
- Cell committee: Gather the self-classification levels of the CPV members, and the opinions of competent authorities where the CPV member resides to propose a classification level.
- Party committee: Compiling, appraising based on the proposals from the cell committee to issue a CPV member’s quality classification level.

Based on subsection 1, Section 1, Part B of the Regulations on membership fee Policies issued with Decision 342-QD/TW of 2010, stipulating the subjects and monthly membership fee contributions of CPV members as follows:

Monthly income of CPV members for calculating membership fees includes: salary, certain allowances; wages; living expenses; other incomes. CPV members with regular income contribute membership fees based on a percentage (%) of the monthly income (excluding personal income tax); CPV members who have difficulty determining income are specified a fixed monthly contribution for each type of subject.
1- CPV members in administrative agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, armed forces units: contribute monthly membership fees equivalent to 1% of salary, allowances; wages; living expenses.
