Note: It is necessary to download and install the e-signature tool to authenticate the enterprise's digital signature information.
(3) Select the "Online Public Service" function:
- After logging in, select Online Public Service.
- Enter the keyword "Interlinked procedures for compulsory social insurance registration adjustment, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and employment reporting" into the search box to find the correct procedure.
(4) Select the procedure and submit the report online:
Click on the procedure and select "Submit Online."
(5) Declare report information:
Fill in the required information, selecting the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs where the enterprise's headquarters, branches, or representative offices are located as the receiving agency for the report.
(6) Register and record information:
Click "Register," and the system will automatically record your information.
(7) Exit when completed:
When the screen shows the notification "Congratulations, your enterprise has successfully updated the labor report receiving agency information," click "Exit" to complete the procedure.
(8) Enter the declaration form and submit the dossier:
Continue entering information into the declaration form and submit the dossier on the social insurance system.
(9) Social insurance officer processes the dossier:
A social insurance officer will process the enterprise's social insurance-related documents.
(10) The system updates data:
The National Public Service Portal will automatically retrieve employee data from the social insurance database system.
(11) Send the report to the local one-stop system:
After processing, the National Public Service Portal will automatically send the report to the local one-stop system according to the reporting period stipulated by the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
