- On September 18, 2020, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Official Dispatch 3595/LDTBXH-BHXH providing guidelines for determination of the working period of employees who no longer have original documentation showing their working period before January 1, 1995.
