- The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 03/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH amending Circular 17/2022/TT-BLĐTBXHguiding the implementation of content on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and job creation for workers in sub-projects and component content of 03 National Target Programs for the period of 2021-2025, which amends a number of regulations guiding the implementation of TVET development in poor and disadvantaged areas.
