According to Clause 2, Article 14 of the Law on National Defense and Security Education 2013, the subjects of training in defense and security knowledge include:

- Officials; management officer;

- Elected deputies;

- Managers in state-owned enterprises;

- The subjects specified in Clause 2, Article 14 of the Law on National Defense and Security Education 2013, when fostering defense and security knowledge, are entitled to full salaries and allowances; In case of being far from the place of residence, accommodation shall be arranged, vehicle support or payment of train and vehicle fare for one-time travel and return, and meal support guaranteed by the state budget.

- Subjects specified in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 15 of the Law on National Defense and Security Education 2013 when fostering knowledge of defense and security, they are entitled to a full salary, allowance, vehicle support, or payment of train and car fares for one-time travel, return, and meal support.

- Integrate into the calls for citizens to enlist in the army, anniversaries, and traditional days.

- Through the activities of agencies and organizations managing tangible and intangible cultural heritage, nature reserves, memorials, martyrs' cemeteries, traditional houses, museums. , cultural palaces, youth and youth sports, defense and security sports clubs.

- Other forms suitable to the actual situation of each locality and population community.

4. Regulations on training, retraining, and recruitment of teachers and lecturers in defense and security education in Vietnam

Regulations on training, retraining, training, and recruitment of teachers and lecturers in defense and security education according to Article 24 of the Law on National Defense and Security Education 2013 are as follows:

- The training of teachers and lecturers in national defense and security education is prescribed as follows:

+ Formal training in national defense and security education, focusing on 04 years with subjects who have high school diplomas;
