According to Clause 1, Article 1 of Regulation 66-QD/TW in 2017, Party documents are documents presented in written Vietnamese to record the activities of party organizations, promulgated by all levels of Party committees, organizations and competent agencies of the Party (or jointly promulgated) according to the provisions of the Charter of the Party and the Central Government.
