Form TP-TSCC-01: Notarial practice registration form in Vietnam is issued together with Circular 04/2015/TT-BTP.

Note:

- Section (1): If the notary training course is completed, choose the option before the "/" sign; If you have completed the notary training course, choose the option after the "/" sign.

- Item (2): If self-contact trainee, choose the option before the "/" sign; if the Department of Justice arranges an apprentice, choose the option after the "/" sign.

Procedures for registration of notarial practice probation (according to Decision 991/QD-BTP dated June 11, 2021)

The order of execution:

- The applicant for notarial practice probation shall submit the application for registration of notarial practice probation to the Department of Justice of the locality where the notarial practice organization is located;

- The Department of Justice shall record the name of the apprentice registrant on the list of notary practice probationers of the Department of Justice; In case of refusal, it must be notified in writing, clearly stating the reason.

How to do it: Submit in person or via post to the Department of Justice.

Profile composition:

Certificate of notarial practice probation registration in accordance with Form TP-TSCC-01 issued in conjunction with Minister of Justice of Vietnam's Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BTP dated April 15, 2015 guiding the public practice apprenticeship proof;

- Certificate of graduation from a notary training course or certificate of completion of notarial training course (certified copy or photocopy enclosed with the original for comparison).

Deadline for settlement: Within 07 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid dossiers, the Department of Justice of Vietnam shall record the name of the apprentice registrant in the List of notary practice probationers of the Department of Justice of Vietnam; In case of refusal, it must be communicated in writing, clearly stating the reason.
