Uniform standards for cipher students in Vietnam

According to Circular 116/2015/TT-BQP, as amended in Circular 35/2022/TT-BQP, the uniform standards for cipher students in Vietnam are regulated as follows:

- Uniforms for key students are those provided for regular use by individuals, managers, and shared clothes, including: regular clothes, long-term clothes, and anti-cold clothes.

- Professional uniforms for key students are those that are equipped for key students from the 3rd year of school to directly perform training, combat, and picnic tasks.

- Uniform standards for key students comply with the provisions in the Appendix below:

* Note:

1. A commonly used outfit includes: one pair of long pants and 01 long-sleeved shirt.

2. Anti-cold clothing (except mattresses) of all kinds, when you graduate from work, you will not be refunded.

- Cold Zone 1, applicable to cipher students studying and working in the following provinces: Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, and the islands of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government from Quang Binh to the North.

- Cold Zone 2, applicable to cipher students studying and working in provinces and centrally run cities in the Central Highlands region and the remaining provinces and cities directly under the Central Government from Thua Thien Hue to the North.

Meal portion standards for cipher students

Dietary calorific value of 3,200 Kcal/person/day, quantitative structure of foods, and reasonable ratio of thermogenic substances (protein from 14% to 16%, lipid from 18% to 20%, and glucose from 64% to 68%).

Standard, quantitative, and basic meal rates; patients receive treatment; eat more on holidays and New Year's; when participating in combat, drills, flood and storm prevention, natural disaster, fire, and search and rescue for key trainees, the calculation shall be equal to the standard, quantitative, and basic meal rates; patients are treated; eat more on holidays and Tet; when participating in combat, drills, prevention of floods, storms, natural disasters, fires, and search and rescue of non-commissioned officers and infantry soldiers in agencies and units of the Ministry of National Defense at the same time.
