- Shape: round seal. The seal face is created by 02 concentric circles: the outer circle has a thread 0.3 mm wide, and the inner circle has a thread 0.2 mm wide. In the middle of the seal, there is a 0.3-mm-wide horizontal line dividing the seal face into 2 equal parts.
The distance between the outer circle thread and the inner circle thread is 0.3 mm.
- Size: Seal diameter equal to 16 mm.
- Content:
The upper half of the seal is engraved with a 05-pointed star inscribed in a circle with a diameter of 04 mm, placed evenly and centered at the quarter point of the diameter along the seal. The bottom half of the seal is engraved with the management code, which is letters and numbers, capital letters without serifs, even strokes, and Arabic numerals, 03 mm high, with an average line passing through the three-quarter point of the vertical diameter of the seal. .
The inspection seal sample is specified in Form No. 1, Appendix I, issued with Circular 138/2021/TT-BQP.
(2) Calibration seal
- Shape:
Elliptical seal. The seal face is created by 02 coaxial ellipses; the outer ellipse has a thread 0.3 mm wide, and the inner ellipse has a thread 0.2 mm wide; In the middle of the seal, there is a 0.3 mm-wide horizontal line dividing the seal face into 2 equal parts.
The distance between the thread of the outer ellipse and the thread of the inner ellipse is 0.3 mm.
- Dimensions: The size of the vertical axis of the seal is 16 mm, and the size of the horizontal axis of the seal is 26 mm.
- Content:
The upper half of the seal face is engraved with a 05-pointed star inscribed in a circle with a diameter of 04 mm, placed evenly and centered at the quarter point of the seal's vertical axis. The bottom half of the seal is engraved with the management code, which is letters and numbers, capital letters without serifs, even strokes, and Arabic numerals, 03 mm high, with an average line passing through the three-quarter point of the seal's vertical axis.

(3) Testing seal
- Shape
The equilateral triangle seal has curves at the corners and a vertex facing up. The seal face is created by 02 equilateral triangles. The edges of the two triangles are parallel to each other; the outer edge is a line 0.3 mm wide, and the inner edge is a line 0.2 mm wide. The distance between the two lines is only 0.3 mm. In the middle of the seal, there is a 0.3-mm-wide horizontal line passing through the midpoint of the two sides of the triangle, dividing the seal face into 2 parts.
- Dimensions: The length of the stamp edges is 30 mm.
- Content:
The upper half of the seal is engraved with a 05-pointed star inscribed in a circle with a diameter of 04 mm, placed evenly and centered at the one-third point of the triangle's height. The bottom half of the seal is engraved with the management code, which is letters and numbers, capital letters without serifs, even strokes, and Arabic numerals, 04 mm high, with an average line passing through the three-quarter point of the triangle height.
The test seal sample is specified in Form No. 03, Appendix I, issued with Circular 138/2021/TT-BQP.
(4) Lead seal
- Shape:
Circular seal. The stamp face is created by a circle with a thread 0.2 mm wide. The stamp surface is engraved with steps with a difference of 01 mm, dividing the seal surface into 02 equal parts.
- Dimensions: Seal diameter equal to 10 mm.
- Content:
At the one-quarter and three-quarter points of the vertical diameter, the embossed management code is letters and numbers, capital letters without serifs, even strokes, and Arabic numerals (divided into 02 rows); the top half is 2.5 mm high, and the bottom half is 02 mm high. The seal is made of metal, and the seal surface has a hardness of not less than 50 C scale Rockwell hardness units (50 HRC).
