1. What is the Vinacam Study Promotion Fund?

Vinacam Study Promotion Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) is a social fund operating not for profit, for the purpose of rewarding and sponsoring scholarships for subjects who are children of officials and employees of Vinacam Group Joint Stock Company, Vinacam Group Joint Stock Company contributed capital and, with good academic achievements, won high prizes in competitions for excellent students, Olympic competitions, and talent and talent contests.

Sponsoring, supporting scholarships, and providing learning equipment for students who are under difficult circumstances but have the spirit of overcoming difficulties to rise up in study; sponsoring, supporting material facilities, learning equipment, and other activities for educational purposes, in order to raise people's intellectual level and foster talents for the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.

2. Tasks and powers of Vinacam Study Promotion Fund

2.1. Tasks of Vinacam Study Promotion Fund

The Vinacam Study Promotion Fund is organized to operate and perform the tasks in accordance with the principles and purposes of the Vinacam Study Promotion Fund and the specific provisions of the law as follows:

- Annually rewarding subjects who are children of officials and employees of Vinacam Group Joint Stock Company, affiliated branches, and member companies to which Vinacam Group Joint Stock Company contributes capital, with good academic achievement, won high prizes in excellent student contests, Olympic competitions, talent, and gifted competitions;

- Sponsor scholarships for subjects who are children of officials and employees of Vinacam Group Joint Stock Company system, affiliated branches, and member companies to which Vinacam Group Joint Stock Company contributes capital.
are studying at universities, colleges, and intermediate schools, priority will be given to those with difficult circumstances but having the spirit of overcoming difficulties in learning, gifted can develop into talents, contributing to the development of the Vinacam system in particular and the cause of building a learning society and developing the country in general;

- Perform the task of supporting and sponsoring the subjects according to the principles and purposes of the Vinacam Study Promotion Fund, including:

+ Funds to fund, support scholarships, and study equipment for students with extremely difficult circumstances, with priority given to rural and remote areas;

+ Funds for funding and supporting educational activities: Sponsoring and supporting learning facilities, equipment, and other activities for educational purposes.

- Perform other tasks in accordance with the Fund's principles and purposes and the provisions of law.

2.2. Powers of Vinacam Study Promotion Fund

The Vinacam Study Promotion Fund is entitled to exercise the following powers:

- Organizing and operating in accordance with the law and the Charter recognized by a competent state agency;

- Mobilizing donations and sponsorships for the Fund; receiving property sponsored, donated, or donated by individuals and organizations at home and abroad or in other forms in accordance with the principles and purposes of the Vinacam Study Promotion Fund and the provisions of law.

Organize activities in accordance with the law to preserve and grow Vinacam Study Promotion Fund's assets;

- Establishing an affiliated legal entity according to the provisions of law;

- Having the right to complain in accordance with the law;

- Vinacam Study Promotion Fund may coordinate with individuals and organizations to mobilize donations, mobilize funding for the Fund, or implement specific schemes and projects of the Fund in accordance with the law;

- Coordinating with localities, organizations, and individuals in need of assistance to develop and implement funding projects according to the principles and operational purposes of the Vinacam Study Promotion Fund.
