The article presents the regulations on the Subjects of review for leading and managerial collectives, and individuals within the Political System according to current law in Vietnam.

According to Article 5 of Regulation 124-QD/TW dated October 4, 2023, stipulating the subjects of review for leading and managerial collectives, and individuals within the Political System in Vietnam as follows:
* Collective
- Party Committees and Party organizations:
+ Politburo, Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party.
+ Party Executive divisions subordinate to the Central Committee; Standing Committee of Provincial and District Party Committees; Party Executive committees in public service providers, state enterprises at Central and local levels (including those empowered or piloted) and Party Executive committees at grassroots levels (where there is no standing committee, the Party Executive Committee reviews instead).
+ Party delegations and party committee representatives at Central and local levels.
- Collective leadership, management:
+ Collective leadership, management of the advisory and assisting bodies of the Communist Party at Central and local levels; collective leadership of the Office of the President, the Government Office, National Assembly Office; Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Vietnam News Agency, Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam Television, Nhan Dan Newspaper, Communist Magazine, National Political Publishing House Truth, Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, and Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
+ Standing committees of the Ethnic Council, standing committees of the National Assembly's Committees, collective leadership of the agencies under the National Assembly Standing Committee.
+ Collective leadership, management of Central agencies, ministries, and departments, Vietnam Fatherland Front, central political-social organizations, and their subordinate units; collective leadership, management at the provincial, district, and grassroots level, public service providers, state enterprises (according to the guidance of the Central Party Executive Committee, party delegations, and party committee representatives as per authority).
* Individuals
- Communist Party members throughout the Communist Party (excluding those exempted from duties and party activities; members suspended from party activities; newly admitted members less than 6 months).
- Leaders and managers at all levels.
According to Article 6 of Regulation 124-QD/TW dated October 4, 2023, the content of the review focuses on clarifying achieved results, shortcomings, limitations, weaknesses, their causes, solutions, and the time for rectification.
* Party Committees, Party organizations, collective leadership, management
- Compliance with organizational and operational principles, especially the principle of democratic centralism; implementation of working regulations.
- Results of achieving goals, targets, and tasks set out in the congress resolution, plan, annual work program assigned and approved by competent authorities.
- Work on building, rectifying the Communist Party and the political system; capacity and responsibility of collective leadership, management; role modeling responsibility; accountability; combat against corruption, negative phenomena, waste, and preventing and repelling manifestations of political, ethical, lifestyle degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the organization linked with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; inspection, supervision, party discipline, and resolving complaints, denunciations, petitions, feedback from organizations and individuals.
- Responsibility of collective leadership, management in performing the political tasks of localities, organizations, agencies, units.
- Issues suggested for review; addressing those limitations, shortcomings concluded by competent authorities and pointed out in the previous review (if any).
* Individuals
- Individuals not holding leadership, management positions
+ Political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; solidarity and unity within the organization; discipline awareness, role modeling responsibility, adherence to party regulations prohibiting certain actions; workstyle and diligence. Connect to manifestations of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation".
+ Implementation of tasks, powers, and results of assigned targets and tasks for the year.
+ Fulfillment of annual commitments on self-improvement, training, striving.
+ Issues suggested for review; addressing limitations, shortcomings concluded by competent authorities and pointed out in the previous review (if any).
- Individuals holding leadership, management positions
Review Point 2.1 and the following contents:
+ Results in leadership, direction, management, administration; fulfillment of duties and responsibilities; performance levels of subordinate organizations, agencies, units; ability to unify and establish internal solidarity.
+ Responsibility in work; dynamic, innovative, creative spirit, willingness to think, act, and bear responsibility; handling of complex, sensitive issues in task execution.
+ Role modeling responsibility of oneself and one’s family; combat against corruption, waste, negativity; credibility among officials and party members.
- In addition to the above contents, Committees, Party organizations, collective leadership, management, heads of organizations, and individuals must review to clarify responsibility when there are signs of violations; involve pressing, complex issues of public concern; complaints, denunciations; manifestations of internal disunity; violation of principles, rules of the Communist Party; manifestations of "group interests", corruption, negativity, waste, degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; entities or individuals under management being disciplined, prosecuted; stagnation, weaknesses, failure to complete assigned duties and responsibilities.
