1. Regulations on welcoming guests to the Government Inspectorate's agency in Vietnam

- When a visitor enters the office gate, the security guard checks the guest's identity document to enter the visitor's registration book according to regulations, guides the visitor to the entrance to the lobby and the parking location in the office.

For the guests who are Party and State leaders in leadership positions such as General Secretary, State President, Vice President, National Assembly President, Vice President of the National Assembly, Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, comrades who are members of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, Leaders of Government Inspectors and leaders of the Office welcome guests in the lobby and take them to the reception room (or office). For guests who are ministers, deputy ministers, secretaries, deputy secretaries, presidents, vice presidents of provinces, centrally-run cities, or equivalent positions, office leaders welcome guests in the lobby area and take them to the living room (or office). When the guests leave, the comrades who have welcomed them will see them off to the lobby.

For guests who do not belong to the above subjects but come to work with the Government Inspectorate, before the guests arrive, the secretary leading the Government Inspectorate is responsible for informing the front desk department of the list and arrival time. When guests arrive, the front desk department is responsible for guiding and bringing guests into the meeting room, the reception room of the Government Inspector. When the guest leaves, the secretary sees the guest off to the lobby.

For guests attending meetings and seminars chaired by Government Inspectors, the unit assigned to preside over the preparation of the meeting and seminar content is responsible for appointing civil servants and officials to coordinate with the reception to welcome guests in the lobby area and bring guests into the meeting room. When guests leave, the civil servants who welcomed them will see them off to the lobby.

+ Coordinating relations to welcome guests:

When planning to welcome guests who are Party and State leaders of leadership positions such as General Secretary, State President, Vice President, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the President of the National Assembly, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, the comrades who are members of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, the Office of the Government Inspector must arrange security, priority, and service elevators.

When there is a schedule to receive foreign diplomatic guests, the Department of International Cooperation is responsible for immediately informing the Office of the reception plan approved by the Government Inspectorate. The office cooperates with the International Cooperation Department to prepare the service and meet the requirements in accordance with diplomatic etiquette and international practices.

When there is a schedule for receiving guests or a meeting, the unit authorized to receive guests or chair the meeting is responsible for informing the office to arrange the reception room and prepare to serve the requirements of each reception or meeting. The security guard is responsible for guiding the car in and out, and the front desk is responsible for guiding guests.

When comrades who are leaders of the party or the State unexpectedly visit or work without prior notice, the security guards and receptionists must promptly telegraph to leaders of the Government Inspectorate, leaders of the Office and relevant units to organize the reception of guests.

2. Regulations on working hours at the headquarters of the Government Inspectorate in Vietnam

- Civil servants, public employees, and contract workers who work on time: from 8:00 to 12:00; in the afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00 and only extending working time at the office until 18:00.

- Civil servants, public employees, and contract workers working after 18:00 every day or on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays must have the opinion of the leader of the unit to approve the registration paper and send it to the office.
(via the Administration Department) specify the specific time to manage the people entering, leaving, and organizing the service.

In case of urgent need to work after 18 hours, civil servants, public employees, and contract workers must telegraph to the Office (via the Administration Department) to organize the service of electricity, water, and air conditioning.
