Regulations on the reward levels for the Diploma of Merit, Certificate of Merit, and Commemorative Medal for individuals

Based on Article 1 of Decree 98/2023/ND-CP, the reward levels for the Diploma of Merit, Certificate of Merit, and Commemorative Medal for individuals are as follows:

- Individuals who are awarded or granted the "Diploma of Merit from the Prime Minister" will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward equivalent to 3.5 times the statutory pay rate.

- Individuals who are awarded or granted the Diploma of Merit from central authorities and the People's Committees of provinces will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward equivalent to 1.5 times the statutory pay rate.

- Individuals who are awarded the Commemorative Medal from the Standing Committee of the National Assembly will receive a Diploma, a frame, a Commemorative Medal, a Medal Box, and a reward not exceeding 0.8 times the statutory pay rate.

- Individuals who are awarded the Commemorative Medal from central authorities, political organization, socio-political organization, socio-political-professional organization, social organization, or socio-professional organization affiliated with the Party Committee of the central agencies will receive a Diploma, a frame, a Commemorative Medal, a Medal Box, and a reward not exceeding 0.6 times the statutory pay rate.

- Individuals who are awarded the Diploma of Merit from a military region, army corps, military branch, arm, general department, or equivalent under the Ministry of National Defense, or the Merit Diploma from the National University will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward equivalent to 1.0 times the statutory pay rate.

- Individuals who are awarded the Certificate of Merit in the following cases will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward equivalent to 0.3 times the statutory pay rate:

+ Certificate of Merit from the head of an agency or unit with legal personality under central authorities.

+ Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Council of Members, General Director, Director of an enterprise, or cooperative.

+ Certificate of Merit from the head of a specialized agency under the provincial People's Committee or equivalent.

+ Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the district People's Committee.

- Individuals who are awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the commune People's Committee will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward equivalent to 0.15 times the statutory pay rate.

Based on Article 2 of Decree 98/2023/ND-CP, the reward levels for the Diploma of Merit, Certificate of Merit, and Commemorative Medal for organizations are as follows:

- Collectives awarded the "Diploma of Merit from the Prime Minister," the Diploma of Merit from central authorities and the People's Committees of provinces will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward twice the reward level for individuals who are awarded or granted the "Diploma of Merit from the Prime Minister" or the Diploma of Merit from a ministry, department, central authorities, or province.

- Collectives awarded the Diploma of Merit from a military region, army corps, military branch, arm, general department, or equivalent under the Ministry of National Defense, or the Diploma of Merit from the National University will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward twice the reward level for individuals who are awarded the Diploma of Merit from a military region, army corps, military branch, arm, general department, or equivalent under the Ministry of National Defense, or the Diploma of Merit from the National University.

- Collectives awarded Certificates of Merit at various levels will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward twice the reward level for individuals who are awarded the Certificate of Merit in the following cases:

+ Certificate of Merit from the head of an agency or unit with legal personality under a ministry, department, or sector.

+ Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Council of Members, General Director, Director of an enterprise, or cooperative.

+ Certificate of Merit from the head of a specialized agency under the provincial People's Committee or equivalent.

+ Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the district People's Committee.

Regulations on the reward levels for the Diploma of Merit, Certificate of Merit, and Commemorative Medal for households

Based on Article 3 of Decree 98/2023/ND-CP, households awarded the Diploma of Merit, Certificate of Merit, or Commemorative Medal will receive a Diploma, a frame, and a reward equivalent to 0.5 times the statutory pay rate.
