Regulations on granting customs badges in Vietnam according to Article 10 of Decree 02/2021/ND-CP are as follows:

- Issuance of customs marks used for spring - summer, autumn - winter and formal wear

+ Branded background: Made of fabric, woven with embossed patterns, rectangular shape, one end bevelled, with a size of 48 mm wide, 120 mm long, 18 mm sharp tip angle, dark blue background.

Particularly, the leaders of the General Department use orange-yellow insignia, wrapped in red around the edges of the insignia.

+ Branded daisies: There is a 5-pointed star embossed in the middle of two rice flowers, attached at the pointed end of the badge base.

Civil servants and officials holding leadership positions: Use yellow buttons.

Civil servants and public employees who do not hold leadership positions: Use silver buttons.

+ Shortened customs symbol: Key, anchor, swallow wing.

Civil servants and public employees holding leadership positions: Use yellow icons.

Civil servants and public employees who do not hold leadership positions: Use silver icons.

+ Brand star: Yellow, embossed. The star is placed in a vertical line in the middle of the badge, between the emblem and the badge.

Civil servants and public employees holding leadership positions at the top level: 02 stars.

Civil servants and public employees holding deputy leadership positions: 01 star.

Civil servants and public employees who do not hold leadership positions are not assigned a star.

+ Marking line: Attached at the square end of the leveling platform.

Leaders of the General Department of Customs: 03 yellow horizontal lines.

Civil servants holding leadership positions at Department, Department and equivalent positions: 03 yellow horizontal lines.

Civil servants holding leadership positions at Sub-Departments, Customs Control Teams and equivalent positions: 02 yellow horizontal lines.

2. Customs dress code in Vietnam

Regulations on customs dress code in Vietnam according to Article 11 of Decree 02/2021/ND-CP are as follows:

- Vestments:

+ Color of pants and shirt: Gray color.

+ Dress shirt:

+ Dress pants: Suit style.

+ Metal buttons: Made of yellow metal, with a shield embossed in the middle, inside the shield has the shape of a key cage, an anchor, a swallow's wing. The top buttons are 15 mm in diameter, and the bottom buttons and buttons are 22 mm in diameter.

- Spring - summer outfits:

+ Color: Dark green.

+ Short-sleeved shirt: German collar with legs; short-sleeved shirt, sewn on the door, the left hand is embroidered with the Customs symbol; slightly curved hem to show off; shoulder straps on both sides have branded leeches; The front body is sewn with splints, has 02 chest pockets with flap flaps in the shape of bat wings; The back of the men's shirt has shoulder straps.

+ Long-sleeved shirt: Similar to a short-sleeved shirt, but with long sleeves, with cuffs.

+ Buttons: Made of yellow metal, 15 mm in diameter, with a shield embossed in the middle, inside the shield is a key cage, anchor, swallow wing.

+ Pants: Casual style for both men and women. Women are equipped with knee-length skirts, split back.

- Autumn - winter clothes:

+ Color: Dark green.

+ Autumn - winter shirt: The design is similar to that of a formal dress, but the collar is sewn with a split collar, two "V" shaped lapels.

+ Autumn - winter pants: Casual style for both men and women.

- Shirts worn in ceremonial and autumn-winter uniforms: white, long-sleeved, collared shirt to tie a tie (caravat) for both men and women.

- Anti-smuggling clothing

+ Long sleeve shirt:

++ Color: Camouflage green.

++ Collar: German collar; Each shoulder of the shirt is sewn with a tapered rectangular belt at the base of the collar, the width of the shoulder belt is 40 mm; The width of the collar belt is 30 mm, the belt length is 125 mm, and the tip is 15 mm.

++ Sleeves: Long sleeves, with cuffs, inside with a belt to adjust the short length; Left hand embroidered Customs symbol.

++ Front body with splints, metal buttons attached; 02 embossed breast pockets using metal buttons; Men's shirt has 2 more zippered pockets.

++ Back body: with shoulder bridge, on the shoulder bridge are embroidered the words "VIETNAM CUSTOMS" in yellow color, the bottom has 03 embossed veins.

+ Short-sleeved shirt: similar to long-sleeved shirt but with short sleeves, the door is sewn with splints.

+ Pants:

+ Hats with walls, tops and bridges sewn of the same fabric; front gold tinsel belt on a glossy black cap; black hat straps; hat has a customs mark, in the middle of the cap above the cap is embroidered with capital letters "VIETNAM CUSTOMS" in yellow, 08 mm high. There are 2 types of kepi hats, including:

++ Blue and black kepi hats are used for autumn - winter, spring - summer outfits.

++ Pink gray kepi hat used for customs formalities.

++ Soft hat: Camouflage blue soft hat, cap style, customs mark in the middle, used for anti-smuggling clothing.

- Black and blue tie (caravat), on the left corner of the big end of the tie with the customs symbol printed, used for both autumn - winter and ceremonial costumes.

- Shoe:

+ Shoes for spring - summer, autumn - winter and formal wear: Black leather shoes, low neck, men's shoes with laces.

+ Shoes for anti-smuggling clothing: Special boots, waterproof design, heat-resistant, anti-spill, anti-slip.

- Raincoat:

+ Color: Charcoal purple.

+ Style: Made of waterproof nylon fabric (vinilon); The customs logo is printed on the outside of the shirt's left arm.

- Anti-cold clothing:

+ Blue and black cotton shirt with the customs symbol on the outside of the shirt's left arm.

+ Gray long-sleeve sweater, heart-shaped neck.

+ Cotton hat: The style of cotton hat covers the ears, the ear flaps can be folded, blue-black color, the front has a customs mark on the front.

- Other age costumes:

+ Waistband.

+ Socks: Dark blue for both men and women.

+ Gloves:

++ White color used in holidays, large conferences.

++ Gray color used for patrol, control, inspection, and monitoring forces in winter.

+ Boots and protective clothing for customs inspection, supervision, and control forces.
