Proposal on fee reduction for issuing CID card with chip until the end of 2021 in Vietnam
From July 1, 2021 to the end of December 31, 2021, the fee for CID card issuance is equal to 50% of the fee rate specified in Article 4 of Vietnam's Circular 59/2019/TT-BTC stipulating the rate of collection, collection, payment, and management of fees for the issuance of citizen identification card, specifically as follows:

Thus, according to Vietnam's Draft Circular, fee for issuance of Citizenship Identity Card (CIDC) will continue to be reduced until the end of 2021.
