* Step 1. Submit application

Form of application: Submit directly, via the postal system, or via the online public service system.

* Step 2: Processing documents

- Vietnam Road Department receives and checks the following documents:

+ In case of direct submission: after checking the documents to see if they comply with regulations, immediately proceed the documents; If not in accordance with regulations, direct instructions to the person submitting the application to complete the application;

+ In case of submission via postal system: If the application is not completed as prescribed, no later than 02 working days from the date of receipt, there must be written instructions for the person who submitted the application to complete. improve records;

+ In case of submission via the online public service system: if the application is not complete according to regulations, no later than 02 working days from the date the individual declares and submits the application, there must be written instructions. for the person who submitted the application to complete the application;

2. Procedures for renewal of traffic safety investigators' certificates in Vietnam

* Step 1: Submit application

Individuals wishing to submit applications to the Vietnam Road Department. Records include:

- Application for certificate replacement according to the prescribed form;
