Procedures for issuing certificates of eligibility for doing the sports business for Dance Sports in Vietnam (Internet image) 

The procedures for issuing certificates of eligibility for doing the sports business for Dance Sports are regulated in Decision 775/QD-BVHTTDL in 2024 as follows:

1. Documents for issuing certificates of eligibility for doing the sports business for Dance Sports in Vietnam

- Documents include:

(1) Application for issuing certificates of eligibility for doing the sports business (according to Form 02 Appendix III of Decree No. 31/2024/ND-CP dated March 15, 2024)

(2) Copy of the business registration certificate;

(3) Summary of the preparation of business conditions (according to Form 3 Appendix of Decree No. 36/2019/ND-CP dated April 29, 2019), including:

- Number of sets of documents: (01).

- Method of submitting documents: Submit documents by post or electronically or submit directly.

2. Procedures for issuing certificates of eligibility for doing the sports business for Dance Sports in Vietnam

- Enterprises submit documents by post or electronically or submit directly to the specialized agency for physical education and sports under the People's Committee at the provincial level where the place of business for sports activities is registered or where the enterprise has its main office in case the enterprise has multiple places of business for sports activities.

- The specialized agency for physical education and sports under the provincial People's Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate-issuing agency) issues a receipt for the documents to the enterprise.

- In case the documents need to be amended or supplemented, the Certificate-issuing agency shall notify the enterprise directly or in writing of the contents that need to be amended or supplemented within a period of 03 working days from the date of receiving the documents.

3. Conditions for doing the sports business for Dance Sports in Vietnam

(1) Physical facilities and training equipment

- The training floor has a minimum size of 08m x 11m.

- The floor surface is flat, non-slip, and can be covered with one of the following materials: natural wood, industrial wood, ceramic tiles, or marble.

- The distance from the floor to the lowest point on the ceiling or roof is at least 2.8m.

- The sound system has a minimum volume of 90dBA.

- The lighting for training is at least 150Lux.

- There are seats and mirrors.

- There is a first aid kit as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

- There are changing rooms and toilets.

- There is a set of rules including the following main contents: Participants in training, training attire, training hours, safety measures during training.

(2) Facilities and equipment for training and competition

- The training floor has a minimum size of 08m x 11m.

- The floor surface is flat, non-slip, and can be covered with one of the following materials: natural wood, industrial wood, ceramic tiles, or marble.

- The distance from the floor to the lowest point on the ceiling or roof is at least 2.8m.

- The sound system has a minimum volume of 90dBA.

- The lighting for training is at least 150Lux.

- There are seats and mirrors.

- There is a first aid kit as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

- There are changing rooms and toilets.

- The lighting for competition is at least 200Lux.

(3) Facilities and equipment for performances

- The distance from the floor to the lowest point on the ceiling or roof is at least 2.8m.

- The sound system has a minimum volume of 90dBA.

- There are changing rooms and toilets.

- The lighting for competition is at least 200Lux.

- The performance floor is flat and non-slip.

- The costumes are not made of transparent materials or colors and must cover sensitive areas of the performer's body.

(4) Training density

- The training density on the floor ensures at least 02m2/01 person.

- Each instructor can guide no more than 35 people in one training session.

(5) Professional personnel: There is a suitable team of professional staff for the activities.
