- The goal of the preschool education program must be to ensure the comprehensive development of preschool children physically, emotionally, intellectually, aesthetically, and linguistically; Forms the first element of personality, preparing children for first grade.

- The content of the preschool education program not only ensures the core and applies to all children but also creates opportunities for children to access educational content; Meet the diversity of educational needs in accordance with the conditions and socio-economic development of localities and schools to improve the quality of education; ensure the implementation of preschool education goals; There are no social prejudices about gender, ethnicity, religion, occupation, age, or social status; Ensure compatibility with children's psychological and physiological development.

- Care, nurturing, and education methods in kindergarten must create favorable conditions for children to be actively active, play, and interact emotionally with adults; Stimulates the development of the senses, emotions, and psycho-physiological functions; In kindergarten, we must create conditions for children to play, experience, and explore the surrounding environment in many forms, meeting their needs and interests.
