- The person who makes the statement and provides information to the press of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, including:
+ Minister of Health;
+ Comrade Deputy Minister is assigned by the Minister of Health to regularly speak and provide information to the press (hereinafter referred to as the Spokesperson);
+ For specific fields in charge of the Deputy Ministers, the Minister of Health authorizes the Deputy Ministers to be responsible for announcing and providing information to the press or to coordinate with the Spokesperson to make statements and provide information to the press according to their assigned tasks. ;
+ With the specialized fields of the units under the Ministry, the Minister assigns the heads of those units to be responsible for announcing and providing information to the press. The heads of the units assigned to be in charge of providing information, processing information, and taking responsibility for the content of information provided to the press before the Minister of Health and before the law for the content provided.
+ Spokesperson, authorized speaker, or person assigned to speak will speak, provide information to the press with content approved by the Minister of Health, with the Office of the Ministry having the task of acting as the focal point for synthesizing the contents of the speech and providing information to the press.
- Persons who make statements and provide information to the press about units under and under the Ministry include:
+ Heads of units under and under the Ministry of Health;
+ In case the heads of units under the Ministry of Health are unable to make statements and provide information to the press, authorize the deputy to be in charge of announcing and providing information to the press. The authorization must be in writing, clearly defining the content of the authorization and the duration of the authorization.
- Full name, position, phone number, and e-mail address of the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health must be announced in writing and posted on the website of the Ministry of Health.
- When performing authorization, the full name, position, phone number, and email address of the person authorized to speak of the Ministry of Health must be posted on the website of the Ministry of Health within 12 hours from the date of signing the authorization document.
- The person authorized to speak as specified in this Article may not further authorize another person.
Only those authorized to speak as above can speak and provide information to the press.
- Individuals who are not assigned the task of speaking or providing information to the press are not allowed to speak or provide information to the press on behalf of the unit's representative. In the event that these people give interviews to the press, those interviews are personal, and they must be fully responsible before the law and the heads of units for the content of their responses to the press.

- Organize press conferences and press meetings.
- Posting statements and providing information on the website of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, the portal of the units (if any), and the Newspaper of Health and Life.
- Directly speaking to or giving interviews to journalists and reporters.
- Send press releases, responses to press agencies, journalists, and reporters in writing or by email.
- Provide information through direct exchange or at press briefings organized by the Central Government when requested.
- Issue a written request to the press agency to publish, issue feedback, correct, or apologize for information content in the press when the published information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading to society. .
