Below are the regulations on the organizational structure of the Office of the Government of Vietnam according to Decree 79/2022/ND-CP.

According to Article 1 of Decree 79/2022/ND-CP, the Office of the Government of Vietnam is a ministry-level agency of the Government of Vietnam, serving as the administrative apparatus assisting the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
The Office of the Government of Vietnam has the function of providing comprehensive consultancy and coordination to assist the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam (including Deputy Prime Ministers of the Government of Vietnam) in organizing the general activities of the Government of Vietnam, leading, guiding, and operating activities of the Government of Vietnam and the state administrative system from central to local levels. It ensures the unity, consistency, and continuity of the national administrative system; controls administrative procedures; ensures information provision for leadership, guidance, and operation of the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam; and provides information to the public according to legal regulations. It also ensures material, technical, and logistical conditions for the operations of the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
The organizational structure of the Office of the Government of Vietnam according to Article 3 of Decree 79/2022/ND-CP is as follows:
(1) Department of General Affairs.
(2) Department of Legal Affairs.
(3) Department of General Economic Affairs.
(4) Department of Industry.
(5) Department of Agriculture.
(6) Department of Science, Education, Culture, and Society.
(7) Department of Enterprise Reform.
(8) Department of International Relations.
(9) Department of Internal Affairs.
(10) Department of State Administrative Organization and Public Service.
(11) Department for Inspectorial Work Tracking, Complaint and Denunciation Resolution, Anti-Corruption, Smuggling, Commercial Fraud, and Counterfeit Goods Prevention (abbreviated as Department I).
(12) Department of National Assembly, Local and Mass Organization Affairs.
(13) Secretariat and Editing Department.
(14) Administrative Department.
(15) Personnel Organization Department.
(16) Financial Planning Department.
(17) Department for Administrative Procedure Control.
(18) Management Department.
(19) Administrative and Management Department II.
(20) Government of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal.
The units specified from (1) to (20) are administrative organizations.
The Minister and Chairman of the Office of the Government of Vietnam propose to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam the issuance of a Decision outlining the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal; issue a list of other public service providers belonging to the Office of the Government of Vietnam.
The Minister and Chairman of the Office of the Government of Vietnam define the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the subordinate units of the Office of the Government of Vietnam, except for the unit specified in (20).
