Membership standards of the Vietnam - Hungary Friendship Association (Internet image)
Regarding this issue, LawNet would like to answer as follows:
- Members of the Association include official members and honorary members.
- Official member: Vietnamese citizens and organizations interested in or involved in people-to-people diplomacy activities with Hungary approve the Association's Charter, voluntarily apply to join the Association, complete membership registration procedures, and pay full membership fees. according to regulations and considered and recognized by the Association's Standing Committee as an official member of the Association.
- Honorary members: Vietnamese citizens in the country and in Hungary actively support, coordinate, and support the Association's work, endorse the Association's charter, voluntarily apply to join the association, and are considered and approved by the Association's Standing Committee as an honorary member of the Association.

- Have legal rights and interests protected by the Association according to the provisions of law.
- Receive information related to the Association's field of activities from the Association and participate in activities organized by the Association.
- Participate in discussions and decisions on the Association's working policies according to the Association's regulations; to propose and propose opinions to competent authorities on issues related to the Association's field of operation in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Attend the Congress, stand for election, nominate, and be elected to agencies, leadership positions, and the Association's Inspection Committee according to the Association's regulations.
- Be allowed to introduce new members.
- Rewarded by the Association according to the Association's regulations.
- Be issued a membership card.
- Leave the Association when deemed unable to continue being a member.
- Honorary members enjoy the same rights and obligations as official members, except the right to vote on Association issues and the right to run for, nominate, and elect the Association's Leadership and Inspection Committee.

- Strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; and the Association's Charter and regulations.
- Participate in activities and activities of the Association; unite and cooperate with other members to build a strong and developed Association.
- Protect the reputation of the Association, do not use the name of the Association in transactional relationships unless assigned in writing by the Association's leaders.
- Implement the information and reporting regime according to the Association's regulations.
- Voluntarily contribute to membership fees.

- Members who wish to join the Association need to apply to join the Association (according to the form prescribed by the Association), complete membership registration procedures, and have the Standing Committee consider and decide to admit them.
- When wanting to leave the Association, members must submit an application to the Standing Committee for consideration to remove their name from the membership list.
- The Standing Committee considers expelling members who operate contrary to the Association's Charter and resolutions or do not participate in Association activities for 02 consecutive years.
- The Association's Executive Committee specifies the order and procedures for admitting members and letting members out of the Association; managing, issuing, and using membership cards.
