Note for training institutions:
- Code of admission method: The code of admission method consists of 3 characters defined by the training institution but must refer to the codes of admission method prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training (in the Professional section) or can use the code of admission method prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Blocks:
+ For admission methods based on the results of the High School Graduation Examination or the results of high school education (using blocks for admission as in admission methods based on high school examination results), use the block prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training; for blocks with talent subjects or the talent subjects NK1, NK2, they are defined by the training institution.
+ For other admission methods: the combination code consists of 3 characters defined by the training institution.
To be eligible for priority for areas based on permanent residence, candidates and receiving points need to follow the following steps:
- Candidate's responsibility: Log in to the software at the address: http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn using the provided account and password, and do as follows:
In section 5: Permanent residence
Province code, district code, and commune code are only applicable to communes in Area 1 as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training. Candidates need to look up the registration place to correctly record the province code, district code, and commune code of their permanent residence during the time of studying at high school or intermediate level in the corresponding boxes on the right. If candidates do not have a permanent residence in a commune in Area 1, leave the commune code box blank. After entering the administrative unit codes in the boxes, candidates should clearly write the commune, district, and province names in the blank line.
i) Candidates with a permanent residence in Area 1 for more than 18 months (disadvantaged or extremely disadvantaged communes) during the time of studying high school or intermediate level should check the box: "Permanent residence in Area 1 for more than 18 months".
ii) Candidates with a permanent residence in an extremely disadvantaged commune for more than 18 months during the time of studying at the high school or intermediate level should check the box: "Permanent residence in an extremely disadvantaged commune for more than 18 months".
iii) Candidates who meet both conditions in i) and ii) should check both boxes.
- For candidates who are eligible for priority based on target groups or areas related to permanent residence, they must declare the period of permanent residence for more than 18 months in Area 1 (difficult commune or extremely difficult commune) or for more than 18 months in an extremely disadvantaged commune during the time of studying high school or intermediate level, for example: 28 months, from January 1, 2021, to May 1, 2024.
